There is nothing quite like welcoming your very first baby into the world. The excitement, the love, and the overwhelming feeling of “this is really happening” is something so special to witness. Baby Kairo’s session was filled with all of that and more.
Mom and dad came in for their first newborn session as new parents, soaking in every moment with their sweet baby boy. Kairo was an absolute dream to photograph. Calm, cozy, and content… and then he surprised us all with something truly unforgettable.
He gave us the sweetest little smile—almost a chuckle!
If you know newborn photography, you know just how rare that is. These early days are usually all about sleepy, snuggled poses, so catching a genuine smile like that is such a special moment. It’s one of those images that will always stand out and be cherished forever.
We kept the entire session soft and timeless with a neutral palette. Creams, whites, and soft earthy tones allowed all the focus to stay right where it belongs—on Kairo and his beautiful features. Neutral setups are always a favorite for a reason. They create a clean, classic look that never goes out of style and lets your baby be the centre of every image.
As first-time parents, mom and dad were so relaxed and trusting throughout the session. It’s always my goal to create a calm, comfortable environment where you can sit back, breathe, and enjoy watching your baby’s first portraits come to life.
